The high temperature oven shown in the photograph above is an electrically heated WALK-IN (BATCH OVEN) used for heat treating/stress relieving metal parts. The maximum operating temperature is 850 degrees Fahrenheit and has work space dimensions of 6 feet wide x 10 feet deep x 6 feet high. Installed in this oven are 120 Kilowatts of Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements. A 10-HP recirculating blower provides 12,500 CFM combination airflow. Exclusive high temperature construction is far superior to commonly used panel construction for lower temperature models. Consists of an isolated inner oven completely surrounded by insulation to eliminate heat transfer from through metal and hot air leakage at panel seams. 16 gauge aluminized steel interior throughout. 7" of 1250°F 10 lbs/cf density industrial rockwool insulation throughout walls, doors and ceiling. The 4" insulated floor is reinforced and equipped with truck wheel guide tracks. Safety equipment for handling flammable solvents has been included.
